ARMS Software is a cloud-based, software product company that was founded through hands-on experience with the challenges that athletic departments face on a daily basis.  ARMS is dedicated to providing college and university athletic departments with enterprise class software products to automate and unify the entire athletic department.

The ARMS Product

ARMS Software provides value to its clients through its flagship product called ARMS.  The ARMS product is comprised of several different modules including Recruiting, Compliance, Team Management, Department Management, Fundraising, Departmental Workflow, Camps, and Academics among others.  Each of the modules provides for seamless contact and communications management along with process workflow and real-time reporting through a standardized, template-driven approach.  All ARMS modules are integrated so that data can be aggregated, monitored, and reported on seamlessly at any level within the department.

ARMS provides its products through an annual subscription-based model that includes best-in-class client support through a dedicated group of internal resources.

ARMS is led by a group of highly experienced entrepreneurs and executives who have a vast amount of experience building cutting edge, enterprise class software for a majority of the companies listed on the Fortune 500.  The management team at ARMS has worked hand-in-hand with college and university presidents, athletic directors, other administrators, professors, and coaches for years to help further their institutions in various ways.  This team has served in capacities ranging from administrators within major college athletic departments through officers and directors of university foundations and athletic foundations.  It was through these leadership experiences that the ARMS team decided to drive the product that will reshape the way that college and university athletic departments can manage information, simplify process, and reinvent the manner in which they conduct business on a daily basis.
